Bug in portal's ninja guild

Hi, i'm trying to make a ninja character in my account, but i arrived at Amatsu and i'm stand in front of ninja's guild and there isn't any portal. So, someone could tell me if there is a bug or anything like it, and what i have to do to get my ninja character please.

Confirming that this bug remains unfixed, even after almost 8 months have passed geez what are the devs doing.

How do you know Ninjas aren't in the game already, but being really good at their job?
